Installation operation and instructions
1. The machine must be placed on a flat ground for use. Do not operate on a humid ground，Ensure stable and reliable machine；
2. Carefully check whether the fasteners on the machine are loose，whether there is any foreign matter in the dough barrel and adjust it in time，clean up；
3.Before using, please check whether the power supply voltage is consistent with the used voltage of this machine. If three-phase power supply machine is used, remove the stirrer first, and observe that its steering should be consistent with the marked;
4. When the power is turned on, the indicator light will be on. When the "forward" button is pressed, the steering direction of the stirrer should be in accordance with the direction of the arrow on the machine. (Look down from the feeding port, and turn backward to forward when the stirrer turns to the upper part) Otherwise, adjust the wiring;
5. The oil quantity in the turbine reducer must be checked before use;
6. No-load test run, no abnormalities in all parts, can be used.
Cleaning and maintenance
1. Often check the fasteners of each part in use, and fasten them in time if they are loose;
2. The gear engagement area of this machine is lubricated by lubricating grease, which is refueled once every half a month. There is powder metallurgy bearing bush in the bearing seat, so every shift must inject oil into the oil Cup on the bearing seat twice, otherwise the result of the bonding of the shaft and bearing bush will be at your own risk;
3. When mixing flour, the amount of flour should not exceed the capacity of the flour barrel, so as not to burn out the motor;
4. If oil stain is found in the dough, it should be repaired in time and the oil seal should be replaced.
5. The machine should be cleaned in time after use, so as not to affect the reuse;
6. When cleaning, the height of adding water in the surface barrel should not exceed the lowest point of the shaft, in case that the water stop overflows from the shaft hole of the side plate of the surface barrel or flows into the side plate interlayer, which affects the service life.

3.The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try them best to save your container quantity.
